FAQs
DOES THIS INCLUDE A TRAINING PLAN?
No, a training plan is not included in the $75 group registration. This program focuses on group long runs, track workouts, community support, and race prep events. However, you can add on a custom training plan from Coach Sofie for $100, tailored to your race, goals, and schedule.
Who Is This For?
First-time half or full marathoners looking for guidance.
Intermediate/advanced runners seeking structure and accountability.
Anyone training for Duke City or ABQ Marathon who wants to feel strong, confident, and prepared.
What if I can’t make every group run or track workout?
That’s okay. You can still participate in events, access the group chat, and join whenever your schedule allows.
Is this only for marathon runners?
This group is open to both half marathon and full marathon runners.
I’ve never done a race before. Will this be too hard?
Not at all! Runners of all experience levels are welcome, and you’ll have support every step of the way.
Will there be pacers for long runs?
Long runs will be organized with pace groups so you can run with others training at a similar speed.
What if I’m already working with a coach or have a plan?
This program can still be a great add-on for the community support, long runs, track workouts, and race weekend events.
